For daily care, use a low-suction vacuum cleaner and gently blot any stains with a slightly damp cloth. Lightly airing out the 18 mm thick pile from time to time can help preserve its texture, vitality, and softness for longer.

If your rug is not what you expected, you can return it within 14 days of delivery. Once you submit your return request, we will send you the shipping barcode. You do not need to take the rug to a shipping branch — you can call the nearest Yurtiçi Kargo branch and request pickup from your address. Return shipping costs are covered by us.

Every rug is covered by a 2-year warranty against manufacturing defects.

Always work in the direction of the rug’s pile (the natural lay of the fibers). Rubbing can damage the structure of delicate fibers such as TENCEL™ and viscose. If you are unsure, stop immediately.
Routine Care and Light Balance
For your weekly cleaning routine, always use vacuum cleaners with low suction power. High-powered upright vacuum cleaners and stiff brushes can damage the natural structure of handwoven yarns. To balance the reaction of natural fibers to light and prevent localized tone differences (fading), we recommend changing the direction of your rug every 2 to 6 months.
Expert Care (Professional Cleaning)
Noble materials such as handwoven fibers, TENCEL™, viscose, and New Zealand wool should not come into contact with household chemical cleaners. Washing Instructions
